To receive your property tax bills electronically, please complete the information below.Please note that once the Township of Uxbridge receives this form, a hard copy of the tax bills will NOT be mailed.If enrolling for more than one property, you must submit a separate form for each property.
I(we) authorize the Township of Uxbridge to provide me(us) with an electronic tax bill/notice, until such time as written notification to the contrary or submission of a cancellation form is given.I(we) understand that once the Township of Uxbridge receives this form I(we) will no longer be mailed bills and failure to receive a tax bill via email does not eliminate responsibility of payment.I(we) warrant that all person(s) signature(s) are required to sign on this account have signed this enrollment form agreement.
Note: Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and is used to maintain a record of individuals participating in the issuance of electronic bills/notices in the Township of Uxbridge.
